We selected Munoz Guido Painters to paint our home because of their price and their professionalism. The job took six days between 8am and 6pm and involved pressure-washing, paint... read more scraping and applying two coats of paint. On the first two days they pressure-washed and scraped the old paint from the front of our house, all of the window frames, and the soffit. The third and fourth days were devoted to painting the frames and soffit, and the fifth and six days painting the front wall of our house, and also scraping and painting the black cast iron hand rails on our porches and external stairs. The crew, led by Marlon, were very friendly and efficient, They were responsive to our specific requests and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. We were so pleased with their work that we gave a 12% cash tip to the crew upon completion. Our 58-year-old home, which was looking pretty ragged before, now looks brand new.
